Praise the lord: Marty's coming back from tour tomorrow. I haven't had a bit of work or a single non-social obligation since I got back from Hong Kong ten days ago; my mental state and my housekeeping are both approaching maximum entropy. Can't wait to sift through M's luggage in search of presents, scratch around his scalp in search of pickable shreds of dandruff, and concentrate all my healing powers on the inevitable tour-bus-incubated epizooties he'll bring home (pan-Shins conjunctivitis epidemic...ew!). And, of course, to stock our fridge with down-home delights to please his palate:
Help me! How do I organize a sense-making and funny vagina mold sound bite? When I tried to make one of those gross-ass menu items, it came out unspeakable annoying.
can you imagine if they did that with meat? you go to KFC and the bucket says, "chicken it's not!" or the wrapper of your McD's burger says, "could it be beef?"
pretty sad when there's not enough time to slap some pb& j on bread without help... I'd think it takes less time than waiting for these to thaw!
not sure what's in the popsicles to stop them from melting but I'm sure it can't be healthy!
we don't buy that kind of cat food, but we get the unnecessarily adorable dry kibble varieties. i get so jeaolus of our cats, they get the coolest "food-shaped" foods. i wish i could just shake out a bowl of dinner pellets shaped like tiny steaks, baked potatoes, and broccoli. i guess technically that is what cereal is for, though, specifically trix.
I've been meaning to ask: how easy is it for english-speaking folk to get around in china? I was just in Korea and found it quite easy and was hoping to hop over to China sometime.
In Hong Kong, dead easy. It's more challenging on the Mainland (the toughest times I had were traveling by train between certain Mainland towns) but always fun, never feels dangerous, and so, so great. And so different from Korea. Definitely do it!
Oh man, Uncrustables! I hate how you have to freeze them. Instead I just put them in the fridge. It doesn't make much of a difference.
Although if they're half thawed, the peanut butter is still a bit frozen, which makes it delicious. It reminds me of eating ice cream with peanut butter swirled in, except it's a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. If that makes sense!

And seriously: vagina mold animation.
And even more seriously: Marty's cats apparently eat better than I do.
And but so also: Could It Be Butter? could be NBC's next big prime-time game show.
