A while ago, some anonymous commenter accused me of authoring the incredible LJ comments from "Mandy from HK" myself. A totally reasonable suspicion; after all, Mandy from HK and I had never been seen in the same place at the same time.
Until now!

Mandy from HK, Poman and Elleeson took me out for purikura and Chinese food this weekend. Thanks to the delightful Miss Poman (in the blue and white stripes) for scanning this purikura. HA!

We went to Home Feel restaurant in Causeway Bay. Fried prawns with roe:

We also had 100-year-old-egg, "salty egg," and mushroms with Chinese spinach and rice. Ain't no denyin' that 100-year-old-egg looks hideous, but it tastes just like a hard-boiled egg.

I wholeheartedly recommend Home Feel Restaurant (460-462 Jaffe Rd in Causeway Bay). The food was fantastic and the Feel was Home. So Home, in fact, that the matronly waitress came by our table to chide us for not cleaning our plates. She lifted the lid of the tureen containing our half-eaten chicken bone 'n' pumpkin soup and yelled, "I can't believe that you can't even finish this soup between the four of you!" At this point, Elleeson meekly served herself another bowlful and forced it down.
And finally, check out these glasses that Mandy from HK got for me out of a quarter machine. Her taste is impeccable!
